ABSTRACT: African leaf (Vernonia amygdalina Del.) is a plant that grows in tropical climates, one of which Indonesia, this often planted gardens or around housing used by the community as an ornamental and can be has pharmacological effects medicine. Medicinal plants are most affordable alternatives for community. This research method carried out Systemtic Literature Review (SLR). Based on literature search, it was found leaves include antioxidants with lC50 values 371.98 ppm, 175,021 3489,1759 ppm. anticholesterol concentration 100 mg/kg BW 200 reduce cholesterol levels. anticancer N hexane, ethyl acetate (EAF) fraction, ethanol fraction 1,860.54 – 93.11 25.04 0.3 1,940.84 96.37 g/ml, anthelmintics concentrations 1.4% 2.0093% kill worm population class compounds provide activity namely flavonoids antibacterials 0.1 mg/ml, mg/ml inhibit bacteria inhibition zone 7.48 ± 0, 17 6.69 6.52 mm group phenol.
 ABSTRAK: Daun Afrika merupakan tanaman yang tumbuh pada iklim tropis salah satunya di indonesia, ini sering ditanam dikebun atau disekitar perumahan digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai hias dan bisa memiliki efek farmakologi obat. Tanaman obat satu alternatif terjaukau bagi masyarakat. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara Systemtik Literatur Berdasarkan penelusuran pustaka ditemukan daun meliputi Antioksidan dengan nilai sebesar 371,98 175.021 antikolesterol konsetrasi BB dapat penurunkan kadar kolesterol, antikanker heksan, fraksi etil asetat (EAF), etanol adalah 1.860,54 93,11 25,04 0,3dan 1,940,84 96,37 g/ml antelmintik 1,4% 2,0093% membunuh populasi cacing golongan senyawa memberikan aktivitas yaitu flavonoid serta antibakteri konsentrasi menghambat bakteri zona hambat 7,48 0,17 6,69 6,52 fenol.
